Paul Raddon is the Head of Operations, Global Service Centres, based in Hyderabad, India.

Operations colleagues provide processing, oversight and delivery of services for customers of HSBC’s global businesses, and a majority of them work in a network of GSCs across India, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Egypt and Poland, which is led by Paul.

Since joining the HSBC Group in 1986, Paul has worked in various Operations and IT roles across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.

Describing himself as 'change focused and customer obsessed’, Paul has managed several transformation programmes including standardising the operating model and systems across a number of regions, and leading HSBC Group’s divestiture programme as Head of the Regional Transaction Office. Previous to his current role, Paul was the Head of Operations for MENAT, based in Dubai.

Pullela Gopichand is a former Indian badminton player who is currently the Chief National Coach of the Indian Badminton team. Gopichand won the All England Open Badminton Championships in 2001 and became the second Indian to achieve this feat after Prakash Padukone. He started the Gopichand Badminton Academy and is a recipient of the Arjuna Award (1999), the Dronacharya Award (2009) and the Padma Bhushan – India's third highest civilian award – in 2014.

Some of the top badminton players coached by him include Saina Nehwal, P. V. Sindhu, Parupalli Kashyap, Srikanth Kidambi, Arundhati Pantawane, Gurusai Datt and Arun Vishnu.

Ethnic tribes, in particular, opened up to her and gradually she became one of their family members over a period of time. Divya Devarajan today serves as Secretary and Commissioner for Women, Child, Disabled and Senior Citizens department.

She oversees meetings/inspections with all implementing agencies from time to time and brief the chief minister to ensure that the programme achieves its set goals.

Manisha is also Head of Infosys campus in Pocharam, Hyderabad. It is one of the largest IT campuses in world, set up in ~450 acres where ~28,000 associates work. This includes enhancing client experience, employee right skilling, employee engagement, CSR, improving operational efficiency, managing relationship with industry, academia and government, etc. Infosys Hyderabad has been the largest IT exporter in state for last 9 years. The center has also won prestigious "Infosys Award of Excellence" 9 times in last 10 years.
