The 28th Annual General Body Meeting of the members of HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) will be held on Thursday, 7th May 2020 via ZOOM WEBINAR to transact the following business:

Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Presentation of the Annual Report for year 2019-20 by the President.
2. Presentation of the Accounts for year 2019-20 by the Secretary.
3. Discussion on the Report & Accounts.
4. Appointment of the Auditor for year 2020-21.
5. Election of the Executive Committee and Management committee for the period of 2020-2022
6. Acceptance of the election by the new Executive Committee and Managing Committee.
7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
8. Vote of thanks.

The election process for Executive Committee and Managing Committee will be supervised by Mr. R. Srinivas Rao, COO, HYSEA who has been appointed the election officer.

Members interested in contesting for Executive Committee/Managing Committee of HYSEA can send in their nominations proposed and duly seconded by representatives of two member companies in hard copy and duly signed by the contestant. These nominations must be received by the election officer at the following Address on or before March 27, 2020:
