Objective : To help HYSEA member companies to prepare for the people complexities in the business world post-Pandemic. Also, Focus on the specific issues that can be addressed after the program by member companies.

Key Components of the Workshop :

- Update on the latest Labour Code 2022 (yet to be implemented) - 30 minutes

- Discuss Key challenges and possible solutions - 90 minutes

- Seek/define inputs for the program for HR/Admin/Accts leads (who are involved in HR, IR & Admin). - 30 minutes
