Flt Lt Bipin Pendyala is currently Chief People Officer with invenioLSI. Bipin is accountable for business strategy, delivery operations, people function and administration.
Earlier he was SVP Strategy & CHRO at Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd.; Founder CEO of SuVitas Holistic Healthcare and Partner Director of iKeva Venture & Knowledge Advisory Services. Prior to this, he held corporate leadership positions as VP & Site Manager, CA Technologies; COO and Board Member, Knoah Solutions; and GM, PortalPlayer (NVIDIA). He had started his career serving in the Indian Air Force.
invenioLSI, Suvitas, CA Technologies & Knoah Solutions have won many industry accolades/ awards under his leadership from Sunday Times, HSBC, IAOP, TiE, HYSEA, IDC-DataQuest, GoAP, etc.
Flt Lt Pendyala is actively involved with the industry, entrepreneurial and social activities. He served as Secretary, EC and MC member of HYSEA; Chairman of AMCHAM Hyderabad, Secretary of AMCHAM India; Regional Council Member, NASSCOM, GIC Board Member, NASSCOM; IT&C Convener, CII; EC member, TiE Hyderabad; Founding member, LetsVote; Founding member, Hyderabad Angels; and Founding India Advisory Council Member at Anita Borg Institute.
Flt Lt Pendyala is the proud recipient of "Personnel Manager of the Year" award from Hyderabad Management Association and was the recipient of “Best Outgoing Officer of the 10SSC Course” in Indian Air Force. He has done his BTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and was the recipient of Faculty Council Gold Medal in MBA from Xavier Institute (XIMB).

Been in the IT services industry for more than 2 decades. Worked with a diverse set of customers across the globe. Had the privilege of working in a high growth company, a large MNC as well as a start up that I co-founded which recently got acquired. That gave me a breath of experience both from a technology and process point of view.
Continued to be (hopefully) a "present" parent while being on this professional journey. Mother of 2 teenagers who is constantly worried not about the next project deliverable or a call but about the kids and their studies 😊
