3rd edition of HYSEA VIRTUAL JOB FAIR 2022

HYDERABAD SOFTWARE ENTERPRISES ASSOCIATION (HYSEA)

HYSEA is a unique regional IT / ITES industry association that is 28 years old and has more than 400 registered members, representing more than 90% of Hyderabad’s IT industry revenue and employee headcount. Over the last 28 years, HYSEA has been able to play the role of a catalyst to effectively to serve the needs of its members. Our members include a judicious mix of Large, Medium and Small, Indian and MNC companies from the Software Services, Consulting, BPO and Product segments.

HYSEA’s role over the year expanded to playing a pivotal role in helping the government formulate appropriate policies and extending help in the creation of simpler and more effective procedures needed for the growth of the industry.

Event Details

HYSEA announces the 3rd edition of HYSEA JOB FAIR(Virtual) targeting Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) and Non-Engineering (MCA, MBA, BCA, B.Sc Comp Science, BBA, B.A, B.Sc. & B.com) pass outs of 2020, 2021 and 2022 pass outs. This year HYSEA is planning to target Tier-3 towns and colleges in Telangana and AP. In addition to the tech jobs, the Job Fair will also assist in hiring for ITES/BPO & other jobs.

Screening Process for Students

HYSEA will pre-screen candidates and offer them to IT/ITES Companies for Placement. Only candidates passed out in 2021 and 2022 with a minimum 60% overall average and no backlogs will qualify to register for the Job Fair.

Key points for participating companies

Each candidate/student participating in the job fair will choose top 5 preferences from the participating companies.
Shortlisted candidates details will be shared with participating companies based on the number of open positions, skill set required & candidate preference.
Once details of the candidates are shared with companies, they are free to follow their hiring process of further tests/interviews with shortlisted candidates.
It is possible that a candidate may receive multiple offers from different companies.
