We are pleased to announce that the HYSEA Sports 2024 Draws will be held on 13th August 2024 at the Amphitheater in Infosys Campus, Gachibowli.
Details:
Day & Date: Tuesday, 13th August 2024
Time: 3:30 - 5:30 PM
Venue: Amphitheatre, Infosys Campus, Gachibowli
(Infosys main gate security will provide directions to the Draws venue.)
Important Points to Note:
- Cricket Start Date: The new start date for cricket is 31st August 2024 (previously 24th August).
- New Games: Along with cricket, two new games will start each weekend, and will be announced one week in advance.
- Game Schedule: Details of games scheduled for 31st August 2024 will be communicated in our next email.
- Participation Fee: Only companies that have paid the participation fee will be included in the Draws. Companies that have not paid the fee are requested to do so by 10th August 2024. If payment is delayed, please inform us by replying to this email with the expected payment date.
- Registration: Company associates attending the Draws on 13th August 2024 at Infosys Campus must register using the link below by 2 PM on 12th August. (Prior registration is mandatory to enter Infosys Campus. Registrations after 2 PM on 12th August will not be shared with Infosys security.)

- ID Requirements: All attendees must carry their official ID/company ID for Infosys security check.
- Electronic Devices: Only mobile phones are allowed in Infosys Campus. Two-wheeler riders must wear a helmet to enter Infosys Campus.
- Security Guidelines: Please follow Infosys security guidelines while on their campus.
