Rama Bhamidipaty works with teams spread across 42 locations and 13 countries with 3 decades of IT industry experience across telecom and semiconductor organizations.
She is the Senior Engineering Leader for Hyderabad site and a part of the India Leadership Council. She is akey member of the Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity council at OpenText driving the initiatives across the company.
She has setup the Women-in-Tech group back in 2010 with a small group of 40 women technologists and now the team has grown to over 1800 across both of our India sites – at Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
She had played other significant roles as Chairperson of the POSH committee and driven CSR initiatives within and outside OpenText in India.

Vinay leads Tech Mahindra IT business employing more than 75K IT employees across 90 countries. He is also the chairperson of its largest location Hyderabad employing more than 24,000 associates.
He has held different leadership roles in various organizations. Before TechM, he was head of Operation Excellence for IT captive of the Bank of America.
Prior to that he drove IT Process transformation programs (Software Process Improvement, IT Service Management, Information System Auditing) for many global enterprises.
Before moving to IT industry, where he has worked for more than 2 decades, he had stints in Manufacturing organizations.
He is affiliated with IT industry associations in Hyderabad, e.g., HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association), NASSCOM, NHRD, SCSC.
He is a Chemical Engineer from IITK and an MBA.
