Mamatha Madireddy is the Centre Director & Head of Operations for HSBC's Global Service Centres in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata & Vizag. Mamatha comes with 25 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industries. In her 20 years with HSBC, Mamatha has done varied roles for HSBC across diverse domains.
She is also a member of the NASSCOM Telangana Regional Council and a frequent speaker at various forums and round table discussions on Diversity & Inclusion, Well Being, the Future of Banking and more. An Inclusive Leader, Mamatha is the sponsor of many diversity initiatives in GSCs and mentors many women. She is also the Champion of Corporate Sustainability for HSBCs Global Service
Centres.

Mamatha is also the Honorary board member of the United Way of
Hyderabad. Mamatha is also an acclaimed Indian classical dancer, having represented the country at various international festivals.

Begi anchors the Campus Connect program of Infosys. Taking care of the behavioral skills training for employees at HYD DC and account anchor for select STAR accounts. She also takes care of the training needs analysis and imparting role-based training programs to employees. She is a Design Thinking facilitator.
